Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is a Canadian actor best known for the fantasy television show Shadowhunters on Freeform in addition to Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Que te Enamores. She is also a dancer and is a model. She is a native of Montreal, but grew up and attended school in Texas. Her love of performing has been with her since the age of a child. At a very young age she was trained in a variety of styles. Her first participation in beauty contests when she was the age of fifteen. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame after in 2008, she appeared as competing in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty pageant. Toubia began her acting career in 2010 in the role of an office receptionist on an Telemundo episode. Toubia was a part of Tattooed Love (2015), an action movie.
